Your Role
1. Sales Analysis & Rolling Forecast
- Multi-frequency sales reporting: Build and maintain year-, month-, and week-level multi-dimensional sales reports to track trends in revenue, volume, price, and product mix.
- Forecast/Budget: Develop and continuously update rolling sales forecast models for the next 1-3 years, incorporating factors such as market orders, new vehicle launches, and customer program lifecycles.
- Ad-hoc analysis: Perform financial impact simulations on pricing strategies, sales discounts, and rebate policies to support management decisions.
2. Month-End Closing & Expense Control
- Sales revenue closing: Independently handle the month-end closing of sales-related accounts. Utilize the SAP FICO module to perform revenue recognition, verify sales-relevant reserve, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- SG&A expense control: Take full ownership of the month-end closing / reporting of administrative expenses, analysis and explain variance vs forecast / budget, verify reasonableness. Assist management team spending controlling and achieving financial target.
- Process optimization: Continuously review and streamline sales- and expense-related closing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
3. Business Collaboration & System Application
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Sales, and Logistic team as a finance representative, providing data-driven financial recommendations and acting as a trusted business partner.
- Data modeling & automation: Use advanced Excel functions and Power Query to process large financial datasets and build efficient analysis models.
Your Background
- Education: Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 4+ years of financial working experience, with at least 2 years focused on financial analysis, cost accounting, or management accounting. Manufacturing industry experience is required.
- Analytical skills: High sensitivity to figures, proficient in applying financial analysis techniques; advanced Excel modeling and data processing skills to quickly structure raw data.
- Language: Fluent and proficient in written English, capable of independently preparing English analytical reports; conversational oral English for simple work communication and brief presentations.
- Soft skills: Logical thinker with strong ownership and resilience, capable of delivering consistent high-quality output during peak closing and budget cycles; self-starter with a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)
