YOUR ROLE

As Category Buyer Lead our team, you will: We are seeking a Buyer for the Plant Services category, specifically for employee transportation and cafeteria services, to join our strategic sourcing team in the Americas. This individual will work closely with the global category team and stakeholders to support sourcing requirements exceeding $50,000.00.

In your daily job, you will:

• Preparing quotes, negotiating commercial and contractual agreements for these plant services
• Providing support, implementing the category strategy for services within the threshold
• Generating cost savings for this Professional Services subcategory.
• Lead procurement activities related to the acquisition of Plant Services (cafeteria, employee transportation).
• Negotiate agreements, ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements.
• Execute service quotation activities.
• Resolve third-party issues raised by companies or by the third parties themselves.
• Manage and handle assigned portfolio by segment, suppliers, and/or companies.
• Manage and respond to daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Follow up with clients via email and ServiceNow.
• Handle and manage reports and/or incidents via email and ServiceNow.
• Provide support to the cost center.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Bachelors degree terminated
• English level advanced
• +5 years of experience provision of Staff Transport Services and Cafeteria.
• MS Office
