The company is focusing on accelerating growth in non-automotive, or adjacent markets, including Industrial, Robotics, Commercial Vehicles, Construction, Agriculture, Commercial Aerospace, Space, and Energy. This role will be responsible for developing connection system solutions for customers challenges into the Industrial and Robotics Markets.

Your Role

• Develop new customer opportunities by visiting customers, understanding their challenges/requirements, and proposing technical solutions to proactively get Aptiv connectors designed into production.
• Provide "voice of the customer" feedback to our internal business and engineering teams.
• Track and improve APTIV connector penetration and growth by customer, market, and product lines
• Recommend new products and technology needed to increase our sales in Industrial and Robotics markets for inclusion on our future roadmap
• Develop competitor benchmarking information including products, performance, tradeoffs to highlight potential value prop entry
• Lead BOM development for internal quote process
• Lead customer technical reviews
• Support material preparation for internal business reviews

• Industrial and Robotics market sales, bookings, and profitability growth
• Product Roadmap for Industrial and Robotics market

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Line, and Distribution teams in prioritizing key Industrial and Robotics market opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Line, Marketing, and Distribution teams in identifying which of our current automotive products best match Industrial and Robotics market customer needs to promote growth

• Undergraduate degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical)
• 3+ years of experience in areas relevant for our business e.g. products like wire harness and connectors and end markets like Industrial and Robotics
• Demonstrated skills and experience in solving complex technical problems with innovative product solutions - includes structuring the problem, gathering and analyzing data, generating insights, recommendations and gaining customer acceptance
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop polished visuals (PowerPoint) and communicate effectively with customers
• Growth driven hunter mentality

• Développer de nouvelles opportunités clients en recontrant les clients, en comprenant leurs défis et exigences, et en proposant des solutions techniques afin d'intégrer de manière proactive les connecteurs Aptiv dans leurs produits.
• Être la « voix du client » auprès des équipes internes commerciales et d'ingénierie.
• Suivre, améliorer la pénétration et la croissance des connecteurs APTIV par client, marché et ligne de produits.
• Recommander de nouveaux produits et technologies afin d'augmenter les ventes sur les marchés de l'Industrie et de la Robotique.
• Réaliser des benchmarks concurrentiels incluant les produits, leurs performances et les compromis techniques, afin d'identifier des propositions de valeur différenciantes.
• Piloter le développement des nomenclatures (BOM) pour le processus interne de cotation.
• Animer les revues techniques clients.
• Contribuer à la préparation de supports pour les revues internes de performance commerciale.

• Croissance des ventes, des prises de commandes et de la rentabilité sur les marchés de l'Industrie et de la Robotique.
• Définition et maintien de la feuille de route produits pour les marchés de l'Industrie et de la Robotique.

• Collaboration avec les équipes Ventes, Lignes de Produits et Distribution afin de prioriser les opportunités clés dans les marchés de l'Industrie et de la Robotique.
• Collaboration avec les équipes Ventes, Lignes de Produits, Marketing et Distribution afin d'identifier les produits automobiles existants les plus adaptés aux besoins des clients dans l'Industrie et la Robotique, dans un objectif de croissance.

• Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie (mécanique ou électrique).
• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans des domaines pertinents pour notre activité, tels que les faisceaux de câbles et connecteurs, et sur des marchés finaux comme l'Industrie et la Robotique.
• Capacité démontrée à résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes grâce à des solutions innovantes : structuration des problèmes, collecte et analyse de données, génération d'insights, recommandations et adhésion des clients.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, y compris la capacité à créer des présentations professionnelles (PowerPoint) et à échanger efficacement avec les clients.
• Forte orientation résultats et mentalité de développement commercial (« chasseur »).
• Haut niveau de motivation, avec un historique de performances élevées et d'évolution professionnelle.
• Expérience confirmée du travail collaboratif en environnement d'équipe.
