Key Responsibilities
- Develop, qualify and manage suppliers for anodization, electropolishing, plating, cleaning, coating processes.
- Lead quality problem resolutions, troubleshooting and incident management, drive root cause, correction actions and prevent recurrence.
- Lead supplier technical audit process, evaluate supplier performance and capability, drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier.
- Communicate technical requirement and expectation effectively to suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with supplier to design and perform DOEs to define process windows, characterize new requirements, and evaluate chemistries, technologies.
- Compile, analyze, and interpret test data to establish process specifications.
- Generate comprehensive technical reports for both internal and external teams.
Functional Knowledge
- Demonstrate strong conceptual and practical expertise in plating/anodizing/electropolishing/ cleaning/ coating.
- Experience in plating/anodizing/electropolishing/ cleaning/ coating processes will be advantageous.
- Experience in supplier quality management will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Requirement
- 3-5 years experience in semiconductor industry
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science
