Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the assembly and testing of components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies of semiconductor equipment,
- Update and expand existing test scripts, debug scripts by testing for and fixing errors,
- Compile logbooks and test procedures documentation utilizing clear writing skills. Assist in revising, developing and implementing documented procedures. Write complex process flow, technical reports and test/assembly procedures.
- Test and troubleshoot system and component level problems in electrical and mechanical systems and sub-systems with minimal supervision.
- Perform root cause analysis for issues that arise during assembly and test of systems
- Data Handling: Skills in data collection, preprocessing, analysis and model deployment
- Machine Learning Algorithms: Understanding of various machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning
- May work from limited or no documentation. Investigate/compile data and documents and recommend changes using applicable reporting process to enhance modular testing capability,
- Interface with other engineering functions to coordinate the release of product improvements and new products.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering with specific interest in test engineering. Preferred minimum 2 year of experience.
- Experience working on semiconductor equipment - either in manufacturing or in field/technical service.
- Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures for semiconductor equipment testing.
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum and process testing.
- Functional understanding of test simulation hardware and software
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to identify and fix issues.
- Creativity and Innovation: A creative mindset to develop new solutions and improve existing system.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to develop and optimize machine learning models

- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Strong independent work ethic.
- Willingness to travel internationally to customer side ( approximately 20%)
