Senior Director, Segment Business Counsel (M7)

Provides business and legal advice to one or more business units or groups relating to tactical and strategic business objectives

Assists and educates sales and other stakeholders in understanding complex legal and contract concepts and implications

Develops, reviews, drafts and negotiates a broad range of commercial, IP and other contracts

Provides strategic advice, reviews business plans, structures transactions, creates and implements processes, advises on special projects

Ensures that business plans, objectives and contracts are in compliance with legal, regulatory, company and operational requirements

Collaborates across business units and functions to enable and improve overall performance of the company

May be a member of segment executive staff

Performs the above functions individually or through direct reports

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
