• Own and manage the end‑to‑end order management process, from forecast and order creation to shipment, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Partner closely with Sales to support opportunities, quotations, and customer orders.
• Work cross‑functionally with Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Legal to ensure customer commitments are met.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and order data in ERP systems and customer portals.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues independently and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure orders and shipments comply with contract, tax, trade, and internal policy requirements.
• Coordinate global shipment readiness to support on‑time delivery and revenue realization.
• Ensure required documentation is complete and audit‑ready.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

• Experience in order management, sales operations, customer operations, or sales support, preferably in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high‑tech industries.
• Strong business mindset with understanding of how orders, logistics, and revenue are connected.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to manage complex orders and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, while understanding the bigger business picture.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable taking ownership and responsibility.
