As a Field Service Engineer [Customer Engineer] at Applied Materials, you serve as the direct liaison with customers, collaborating closely to install, maintain, and upgrade equipment. You'll use digital analytics for troubleshooting and apply basic diagnostic techniques to assess and address technical issues. Your responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance on various systems such as electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Additionally, you'll coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
Le/La Ramp Leader est responsable du pilotage des phases de montée en cadence industrielle (« ramp-up ») des équipements et solutions développés par Applied Materials. Il/Elle joue un rôle clé dans la transition entre le développement produit et la production en volume, en garantissant le respect des engagements en matière de qualité, coûts, délais et performance industrielle.
Positionné(e) à l'interface entre les équipes ingénierie, opérations, supply chain, qualité et clients, le Ramp Leader assure une exécution fluide et maîtrisée des ramp-ups dans un environnement exigeant et fortement technologique.
Responsabilités principales:
Pilotage du ramp-up industriel
- Définir et piloter les plans d'installation des équipements chez le client
- Assurer l'atteinte des objectifs de volume, qualité, délai et coût
- Suivre les indicateurs clés (KPI) de ramp-up et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires
Coordination transverse
- Coordonner les équipes Engineering, Manufacturing, Qualité, Logistique et Supply Chain
- Être le point de contact principal pour les sujets ramp-up auprès des parties prenantes internes
- Animer des réunions de suivi et des revues de performance
Gestion des risques et résolution de problèmes
- Identifier les risques industriels, techniques et supply chain liés à la montée en volume
- Piloter les plans d'actions et escalader les points critiques si nécessaire
- Conduire des analyses de causes racines (8D, RCA, etc.)
Amélioration continue
- Contribuer à l'optimisation des processus industriels et des standards d'installation
- Capitaliser sur les retours d'expérience pour améliorer les futures phases de ramp.
- Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques Lean / Six Sigma si applicables
Profil recherché:
Formation
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent (génie industriel, mécanique, électronique, matériaux, ou similaire)
Expérience
- Expérience confirmée en environnement industriel de haute technologie
- Expérience en gestion de ramp-up, industrialisation, NPI, ou production en volume
- Capacité avérée à travailler dans un environnement matriciel et international
Compétences clés
- Forte capacité de pilotage de projets complexes
- Excellentes compétences en coordination transverse et communication
- Solide culture industrielle et orientée résultats (QCD)
- Capacité d'analyse, de priorisation et de prise de décision
- Aisance avec les outils de suivi de performance et reporting
Langues
- Français et Anglais courant indispensable
