Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong testing skills in both manual and automated test.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Break-down requirements and develop test cases
• Programming / scripting knowledge to automate
• Ensure software quality by adapting best practices of Regression testing
• Develops software test documentation.
• Troubleshoots software problems of limited difficulty.
• Ability to work independently.
• Guide / Mentor QA team members.
• Strong analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills
• Shows agility and flexibility in taking assignments.
• Thrives in a collaborative work environment.
• Designs general test plan, test cases, system test.
• Identifies areas of testing that can be automated and increases automation testing coverage.
• Performs software tests and reports outcomes.

Year of work experience : 7-13 years

Qualification : Engineering / Computer Science / QA
