Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong testing skills in both manual and automated test.
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Break-down requirements and develop test cases
- Programming / scripting knowledge to automate
- Ensure software quality by adapting best practices of Regression testing
- Develops software test documentation.
- Troubleshoots software problems of limited difficulty.
- Ability to work independently.
- Guide / Mentor QA team members.
- Strong analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- Shows agility and flexibility in taking assignments.
- Thrives in a collaborative work environment.
- Designs general test plan, test cases, system test.
- Identifies areas of testing that can be automated and increases automation testing coverage.
- Performs software tests and reports outcomes.
Year of work experience : 7-13 years
Qualification : Engineering / Computer Science / QA
