Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thin film thickness, refractive index, and uniformity measurements using ellipsometry
  • Carry out defectivity measurements using optical inspection tools
  • Support electrical characterization using mercury probe (Hg-probe) techniques
  • Analyze and summarize measurement data; identify trends and anomalies
  • Document experimental results and contribute to internal reports and presentations
  • Follow cleanroom and lab safety procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of thin films and semiconductor processing
  • Interest in experimental work and data analysis
  • Ability to work carefully in a lab or cleanroom environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with ellipsometry, defect inspection, or electrical measurements
  • Familiarity with ALD or CVD processes
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, JMP, Python, or similar)
