Role Summary
This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional programs and driving operational excellence through process optimization, AI-enabled solutions, and automation. This role requires strong ownership of end-to-end program delivery, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate insights into actionable business outcomes aligned with iTeam strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Leadership
- Lead end-to-end execution of large, complex, and multi-workstream programs independently
- Define program governance, execution framework, and success metrics
- Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
- Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure program outcomes align with business objectives
- Proactively identify and resolve program risks, issues, and roadblocks

Process Excellence & Automation
- Develop deep understanding of iTeam business processes and drive standardization and optimization
- Identify opportunities to deploy AI, automation, and digital tools to improve productivity and scalability
- Lead initiatives focused on reducing manual effort and improving operational efficiency
- Contribute to strategic transformation programs across iTeam
Data & Analytics
- Manage and analyze large, complex datasets across multiple systems
- Develop actionable insights to support KPI improvements and strategic decisions
- Design and build advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
- Translate data into clear, decision-oriented narratives for leadership
Executive Communication & Storytelling
- Create executive-ready presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Synthesize complex data into concise, impactful insights and recommendations
- Drive structured operating rhythm updates (weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews)
- Influence decision-making through clear data storytelling and business context
Systems & Tools
- Leverage working knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems to support operational processes
- Integrate data across tools and platforms to drive a single source of truth approach
- Partner with technical teams for system enhancements and automation opportunities
Qualifications & Skills
Core Skills
- Strong program/project management expertise (planning, execution, governance, risk management)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
Technical & Functional Skills
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau (dashboarding and visualization)
- Experience working with large datasets, data modeling, and analytics frameworks
- Working knowledge of SAP and enterprise systems
- Familiarity with AI, automation tools, and process digitization approaches
Communication & Leadership
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Strong storytelling ability with data-driven insights
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment
