• Product Transition: Oversee the transition of products from PD to mass production, ensuring all requirements are met.
• Design Review (DR) Meetings: Actively participate in DR meetings to provide insights and feedback on product designs.
• PD & ELS 1st tools: Manage the PD & ELS tools to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
• Design for Excellence (DFX): Lead DFX activities to enhance product design, work methods, and infrastructure.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support for end-user issues arising from the production environment through SOS (Service Oriented Support) calls, addressing both specific problems and systemic issues.
• Engineering Change Orders (ECO): Manage and oversee new ECOs entering the production floor to prevent delays and ensure smooth implementation.

• Engineering Expertise: Strong engineering background with a deep understanding of production and development processes.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or development environment, preferably within the SEM products lines.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve both specific and systemic issues effectively.
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for product development and manufacturing.
