Following an initial training period, the candidate will join the Metrology team as a Mechatronic Engineer Intern, contributing to the development, testing, and validation of equipment for the automated inspection of semiconductor components.

As a Mechatronic Engineer, the candidate will be responsible for:

Selection and testing of key components Mechanical and electrical design Definition of system specifications Testing and validation of the final system

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong theoretical technical background
• Hands-on experience and practical skills

Soft Skills

• Ability to work autonomously on assigned tasks
• Strong willingness to learn and tackle new technical challenges
• Team-oriented mindset

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of at least one software tool for 3D modeling and design

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
