• Operate and monitor lithography tools to perform photoresist coating, exposure, and development processes in a cleanroom environment.
• Perform metrology inspections (CDSEM, overlay, thickness, focus/exposure checks) to ensure process accuracy and product quality.
• Utilize the MES system for lot tracking, data entry, and process flow management.
• Coordinate with engineering and shift teams to communicate tool status, lot progress, and abnormal conditions.
• Crosstrain in multiple process areas to provide shift coverage.
• Commute between buildings or modules as needed to support wafer movement, and cross area collaboration.
• Follow all safety, ESD, and cleanroom protocols to maintain compliance with fab standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance throughput, quality, and equipment performance.

• Technical Diploma
• 4-7 years of experience

• This position requires frequent walking between process areas and buildings, standing for extended periods, and occasionally bending, squatting, twisting, or reaching to load/unload Foups and wafers.
• Must be comfortable handling wafer carriers and equipment parts weighing up to ~35lbs while following ergonomic and safety procedures.
• Regularly works in a cleanroom environment that requires wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Requires the ability to operate computer interfaces (MES, tool monitors) and perform precise manual tasks under cleanroom conditions.
• The environment involves moderate noise from equipment and vacuum pumps, with temperature and humidity controlled for wafer processing.
