Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the project or program in alignment with defined scope, timeline, and budget guardrails. Monitor execution and compliance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
- Proactively manage all phases of project planning and execution in accordance with established processes, methodologies, and guidelines.
- Collaborate with line managers (Competency Center) and Resource Management to staff projects appropriately and resolve resource‑related challenges.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to project financial processes, including reporting, forecasting, and escalation where needed.
- Conduct necessary reviews to confirm that project documentation and solution deliverables meet quality standards.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project or program risks in accordance with defined governance practices.
- Mentor and coach Project Managers; recognized as a subject‑matter expert in Project Management.

Clear, structured communication is one of the most critical competencies for project managers. Internally, this is reflected in practices such as regular stakeholder alignment meetings and structured communication frameworks (e.g., weekly project reviews).
Leadership & Program Management
Effective PMs lead by example, motivate teams, resolve conflict, and create alignment across functions. They must inspire trust and maintain engagement, even in complex or fast‑moving environments.
