Key Responsibilities
Independently create quotations/opportunities in ERP system and provide to customer. Serve as SME for other team members.
Create, maintain, and audit accurate Sales Orders in ERP
Handle escalations across functions and follow up on customer requirements not being met
Handle complex customer enquires via phone, e-mail, and fax and serve as escalation point for other team members
Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders and become internal expert on customer needs
Develop understanding of customer specific and region/country specific requirements to enhance customer relationship and satisfaction
Develop in-depth knowledge of AMAT products to support complex orders. Review configurations and identify critical errors.
Identify gaps in processes and opportunities for streamlining, cost reduction and other improvements. Support Continuous Improvement initiatives. Serve as SME and mentor other team members
