• Act as a key resource to the manager by supporting team alignment, driving operational improvements, and resolving complex issues.
• Develop and standardize training materials and process documentation to support team learning and consistency.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with FSO, Order Fulfillment, Engineering, and others to resolve complex issues and drive expedition strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to influence resource allocation, process development, and delivery commitments.
• Handle complex customer requests and manage multi-site scenarios involving orders, billing, and entitlement.
• Maintain strategic communication with FSO and customers; resolve issues efficiently and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to system testing (RIT/UAT) and proactively resolve recurring system issues (e.g., B2B, ASN), recommending improvements.
• Ensure operational processes meet compliance requirements and actively contribute to functional KPIs and strategic goals.
• Strengthen customer relationships and maintain strategic communication with FSO and customers to resolve complex issues and drive improvement.
• Independently manage MDG customer master setup and entitlement compliance across multiple sites.

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
