Role Summary:
We are looking for a visionary Fulfillment Architect to lead the design and optimization of our fulfillment infrastructure and systems. This role will be instrumental in shaping scalable, tech-enabled, and customer-centric fulfillment solutions that support our growth and operational excellence.
Experience - 3 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
Fulfillment Network Design & Strategy
- Manage GATP sourcing sequence design. Architect and continuously refine the fulfillment network to support business growth, seasonal demand, and geographic expansion.
- Manage New Plants roll out project.
Systems & Technology Integration
- Develop system requirements and functional specs for new fulfillment capabilities and enhancements.
- Ensure system reliability and uptime through proactive monitoring and incident management protocols
- Conduct UAT and system validation for new technology deployments and upgrades.
- Evaluate and deploy automation technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Train operations teams on new systems and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and usage.
Process Optimization & Analytics
- Use data-driven approaches to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement across fulfillment operations.
- Develop simulation models and digital twins to test fulfillment scenarios and optimize performance.
- Standardize SOPs for Fulfillment process to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Drive automation readiness assessments to identify manual processes suitable for automation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with operations, procurement, planning, and customer service teams to align fulfillment architecture with business goals.
- Partner with GIS to implement new RIT's.
- Lead Business Continuity Planning (BCP) initiatives and cross-functional task forces to ensure operational resilience.
Functional Knowledge:
- Good understanding of Operations and Supply Chain Management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM, SD & GATP
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Leadership
Acts as a resource for colleagues; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

Analyzes information and make decision based on situations.

- Very good verbal and written communication in English.

Education
Bachelor of Engineering or MBA in Operations/Supply chain.
