Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis, commentary, and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making
• Build financial models for planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Support close, flash, and commit activities with accuracy and minimal oversight
• Partner with finance, operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders on spending, cost, and business performance topics
• Lead or support manufacturing finance analysis, including inventory, standard cost, absorption, capex, and productivity reviews
• Drive process improvement, system enhancement, and automation initiatives, including assessment of AI opportunities and business impact

Preferred Profile

• Able to work independently on recurring responsibilities while also handling more complex, ambiguous analysis
• Strong business partnering mindset with the ability to balance detail orientation and big-picture thinking
• Comfortable preparing materials for senior leadership reviews and cross-functional discussions
• Proactive, structured, and capable of driving follow-through across multiple stakeholders
