Key Responsibilities

Serves as the primary interface to the COE, HRBPs and non-HR functional departments to appropriately and effectively escalate and/or redirect inquiries/concerns and liaison.

Designs and delivers appropriate training, technical support and guidance on specialized HR programs and processes, responding to and resolving increasingly complex issues.

Implement methods to resolve problems, update, simplify, enhance and optimize existing processes, procedures, policies and technologies.

Launches case management with ownership from intake to transition, escalation, redirection, or closure.

Analyze key metrics on case resolutions, customer satisfaction, individual performance, closure/call-time and development rates, issuing reports on performance success and case management.

• Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field

• Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services

• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

• Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions

• Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by functional policies

• Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view
