Wir suchen eine motivierte Nachwuchskraft, die unsere Field Service Operations im Bereich Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) unterstützt. Die Position bietet einen strukturierten Einstieg ins EHS‑Umfeld mit intensiver Einarbeitung durch erfahrene Fachkräfte sowie der Möglichkeit, die Qualifikation zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) nach Einstieg zu erwerben.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von EHS‑Programmen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Mitarbeit an Risikoanalysen, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und sicherheitsrelevanten Bewertungen
- Teilnahme an Ereignis‑ und Beinahe-Unfallanalysen
- Unterstützung bei Trainings, Awareness‑Maßnahmen und EHS‑Kommunikation
- Regelmäßige Präsenz im Feld sowie Einsätze in Reinraumumgebungen
- Mitarbeit in den Themenbereichen Ergonomie, Arbeitsmedizin und Industrielle Hygiene
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor/Master in Ingenieurwesen, Umwelt-/Sicherheitsmanagement oder vergleichbarem technischen Studiengang
- Erste Praxiserfahrung (z. B. Praktika) von Vorteil
- Interesse an Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz sowie Field Service Operations
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20 %, gelegentliche Übernachtungen möglich)
