Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily manufacturing build operations and drive resolution of production issues.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods, SAP routings, work instructions, and operating procedures.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for assembly and quality issues.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI), engineering changes (ECO), and product / design transfer activities.
  • Apply DFx and Lean Manufacturing principles to improve quality, productivity, and manufacturability.
  • Design, develop, and validate manufacturing jigs, fixtures, tooling, and assembly aids to improve safety, quality, and productivity
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering teams to ensure production readiness.
  • Analyze manufacturing data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review and interpret 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models to support assembly, troubleshooting, and manufacturability improvements.
  • Provide design-for-manufacturability feedback to engineering teams during product development and transfer phases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly engineering.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting 2D drawings, GD&T, BOMs, and 3D CAD models.
  • Hands-on experience with CAD software such as Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing is preferred.
