The Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.

In this highly visible role, you will serve as a key partner to the WW Business Strategy & Development Director, providing strategic counsel, leading critical projects, and optimizing our team's operational effectiveness. You will play a vital role in shaping our global strategy, influencing product and initiatives investments, and ensuring our team has the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Description

In this role, you will:

- Manage and oversee strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution

- Collaborate with the Director to develop and deliver presentations for senior leadership, EBCs and other key initiative stakeholders.

- Lead the international rollout of new innovative programs, working cross-functionally to drive sponsorship, alignment and processes.

- Support and guide team members prepping business updates on content and data-driven insights

- Provide coaching and guidance to team, supporting their development and success

- Participate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities for Apple platforms in commercial markets

- Optimize team processes and workflows, collaborating with IT and process improvement teams

- Serve as a point of contact for internal technology support, ensuring the team's needs are met

- Collaborate with Sales Finance on team budget and expenses

- Partner with Sales Finance and Operations on data insights and analyses in support of key initiatives and business updates.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience navigating complex organizational structures and influencing senior leadership. Demonstrates the ability to effectively navigate matrixed environments and build strong relationships with executives to drive critical initiatives

Deep understanding of the Apple ecosystem. Possesses a comprehensive knowledge of Apple's products, services, and go-to-market strategies

Experience with process optimization methodologies and tools as well as implementation tools to enhance operational efficiency

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance. Proven track record of effectively managing operating expenses (OPEX) and contributing to financial planning processes

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of proven experience leading highly visible, complex, and cross-functional programs within matrixed organizations, demonstrating a track record of successful execution and impactful results

Strong consultative skills, including demonstrated success in facilitating strategic discussions sessions with senior executives and their subject matter experts to drive alignment and achieve desired outcomes

Solid understanding of Enterprise Sales standard processes and a proven ability to leverage programs as strategic levers to influence sales outcomes and accelerate revenue growth

Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information, build consensus across all organizational levels, and deliver high-impact presentations to leadership

Demonstrated ability to define clear success metrics, analyze data rigorously, and communicate program return on investment effectively through data-driven insights and compelling narratives

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
