We are seeking a Finance Manager with sharp analytical skills, creativity, and leadership presence to lead the Retail Revenue & Margin team. In this role, you'll guide a talented group of analysts, deliver powerful insights, and help craft the financial story behind Apple Retail and its revenue across all routes to market (physical & digital), around the globe and across all products (hardware & services).

Description
As a Retail Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Revenue Forecasting and Financial Planning
Lead net revenue and ASP forecasting across quarters, Annual Plan, and Long Range Forecast cycles, in conjunction with the Retail and Worldwide Sales Finance teams and Corporate FP&A.
Own sales adjustment forecast and analysis which supports decision-making on supply demand management and programmatic spend
Deliver performance reporting and analytics across all RTMs to support ET-level reviews, quarter-close, and planning milestones
Provide insights and narratives that inform store staffing, commercial strategy, and broader business decision-making
Systems & Tools Innovation
Define and execute a roadmap for finance systems and tools to more effectively analyze Retail and Apple Inc. performance, streamline workflows, enhance accuracy, and enable the organization to operate at scale with greater insight and efficiency pertaining to net revenue and gross margin.
Leadership & Development
Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts, fostering growth, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of Finance / Business experience in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Expertise in quantitative and financial analysis, with the agility to navigate ambiguity
Strong business acumen and deep intellectual curiosity for Apple's products, services, and strategy
Ability to think big-picture while executing tactical details flawlessly
Exceptional prioritization skills to balance multiple projects at once
Extraordinary attention to detail with a strategic lens
Polished communicator, skilled in presenting to senior executives
Collaborative influencer who can build consensus across teams
Passion for process improvement and eagerness to leverage new technology tools; experience with SAP and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is highly desirable
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of Finance/Business experience in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
2+ years of proven team leadership, with experience coaching and developing talent
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or Business (or equivalent)
