Apple is seeking a Senior Designer to work with the Executive Briefing Center. The Executive Briefing Center (EBC) hosts Apple's most strategic customers and partners for highly curated engagements with content, conversations, and experiences they can't access anywhere else. In this role, you will develop the compelling visual assets that bring those engagements to life. Your work will be at the center of Apple's most important customer and partner relationships, creating the visual designs and experiences that help drive strategic business decisions.

Description

- Collaborate with a communications partner to translate business objectives into powerful visual narratives that resonate with C-suite audiences

- Identify optimal formats and mediums (presentations, interactive demos, video content) to enhance narrative impact based on the audience and goal

- Develop innovative design concepts from initial storyboards through final delivery

- Create executive-level visual assets that meet Apple quality standards

- Transform complex technical concepts and multi-faceted business stories into clear, compelling executive presentations

- Develop customer-facing assets for digital touchpoints that personalize the customer experience

- Partner with other designers and vendors, translating the design needs for teams to build videos, animations, and other specialized assets

- Respond rapidly to high-priority executive requests while maintaining quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

Background includes designing end-to-end customer experiences, workshops, product demonstrations, or immersive learning environments

Experience working with technical and non-technical subject matter experts and distilling complex information into accessible formats

Familiarity with large business and education organizations, and how to tailor messaging and visuals for their needs

Proven ability to juggle multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously and prioritize when partners have conflicting needs

Experience working in a corporate environment and partnering with senior leaders

A passion for Apple, its products, and its users

Minimum Qualifications

10+ years of experience in graphic design, executive visual communication, presentation design, and/or experience design, preferably in an agency, consulting, or corporate environment

Proven ability to craft compelling visual narratives that resonate with executive and diverse audiences, grounded in strong storytelling instincts and thinking

Exceptional ability to synthesize complex, multi-layered content into clear, executive-ready visual stories

Advanced proficiency in presentation software (Keynote, PowerPoint, etc.)

Proficiency with professional design software and tools for vector, layout, and visual design.

Comfortable pivoting between different projects, audiences, and content types under tight timelines

Meticulous attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to quality

Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with partners

Flexible and adaptive approach, thriving in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment

Highly collaborative approach

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
