Description

The Product Operations team is responsible for helping Apple teams operate and execute effectively. Our team is responsible to take some of the most difficult organizational, business, or technological challenges. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute plans that change the way we do our work.

To do this role successfully, you need to have a deep technical understanding of how our products work, a strong sense of ownership, and fantastic execution skills. You need to be the kind of person who can wear many hats and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

This role encompasses strategy (e.g., analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g., driving the cadence of our organization, connecting functions), and communications across all levels of the organization.","responsibilities":"Drive and track progress against a multi-year organizational strategy, leading strategic projects that change how we are organized, deliver software, and develop talent

Build relationships and ensure tight alignment across key product areas and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance), navigating dependencies and trade-offs

Set strategic priorities for the WPC Engineering leadership team, including leading the agenda and content for weekly leadership meetings and executive offsites

Communicate actionable insights to executive leadership by preparing and delivering executive-ready presentations

Create and set policies organizational policy

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in payments platforms, banking, or other financial services companies.

Experience with multi-national product companies

10+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, program management, and/or analytics in a technology company

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple unrelated topics in any given week

7+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, strategy, program management, and/or analytics in a technology company

Strong technical skills in developing relationships and working effectively with technical and non-technical teams at all levels and functions

Capability to understand and articulate the high level strategy to leadership teams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail in execution at the ground level

Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management and project management, with the ability to work autonomously and keep multiple priorities moving

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle in a services environment

Outstanding presentation and written communication skills

Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure success

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $163,300 and $290,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
