Worldwide Channel Sales & Operations - WW Sales AIML Platform Product Leader
The WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) focus on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and best practices to deliver best customer experience in the Channel, and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical and people enablement spaces, WW CSO closely collaborates with many cross-functional teams at both WW and regional levels.
This role is for a visionary, execution-driven WW Sales AI/ML Platform (AVA) Product Leader who defines the business value of AVA Kits and ensures delivery of the highest-impact priorities with a clear roadmap. The leader will communicate AVA's strategy and plans to CSO leadership, GEO sales leaders, and cross-functional AI teams, while driving the creation of new, innovative products built on and integrated with AVA in close partnership with the CSO Leadership Team.

AVA Strategy & Vision
Define the vision, strategy, and business value of the Channel Sales AVA AIML Platform (AVA), including the long-term roadmap.
Specify the capabilities and use cases for all AVA Kits (ASA, Perception, Personalization, Insights, Authoring) to ensure clear adoption paths across sales applications.
Partner closely with program technical teams to align AVA roadmap with customer facing roadmaps.
Create and deliver presentations to executive leadership, outlining the vision and roadmap of the product.
2. AVA Product Requirements, Roadmap & Prioritisation
Define and own the AVA product roadmap, driving clear prioritization and ensuring the highest-impact initiatives are actively resourced and executed.
Work closely with program technical teams to understand pain points and translate them to AVA Kit requirements, architect solution and capabilities.
Create a clear delivery plan for AVA from ideation through launch and beyond.
3. AVA Kits Scalability & Innovation
Conduct research and evaluate emerging technologies to identify and apply emerging AIML capabilities (LLMs, multimodal models, agent frameworks) that enhance AVA intelligence and efficiency.
Develop high-impact POCs to evaluate emerging AI/ML models and technologies, and regularly brief leadership and partners on insights and outcomes.
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
Communicate AVA strategy, roadmap, releases, and KPI updates to GEO Sales leaders and executive stakeholders.
Ensure global compliance and responsible AI governance by working closely with Legal, Privacy, and Security.
Build strong partnerships with cross functional AIML, Data, Engineering teams and external vendors to accelerate innovation and delivery speed.
Preferred Qualifications
Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills to influence key partners and drive alignment across teams.
Problem Solving: Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable AI/ML-driven product solutions.
Agility: Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on iterative product development and rapid experimentation.
Master's degree or PhD in AI/ML is a strong plus.
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years overall experience (or equivalent) in Product Development, Strategy Development or a related field
5+ years in People Management, including building and scaling best in class teams preferred
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, multimodal perception, embeddings, and personalization.
Experience defining and tracking quantitative KPIs for AI accuracy, adoption, and ROI.
Demonstrated ability to educate and influence non-technical audiences on AI concepts and business applications.
Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills.
Experience in sales technology, enablement, or commerce domains.
Familiarity with AI model observability, A/B testing frameworks, orchestration tools, and evaluation pipelines.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $243,100 and $365,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
