As an RF/Wireless Engineering Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and integration of wireless technologies into our next-generation consumer products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver world-class wireless solutions. Understanding of wireless standards and the ability to translate technical requirements into product-level specifications will be highly desirable for this role.

Lead the program management of Apple's new product introduction process of RF/Wireless systems from concept to mass production.

Collaborate with RF design, antenna, software, and hardware engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of wireless modules.

Define and drive wireless technology investigations for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other relevant wireless standards.

Manage project schedules, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.

Facilitate communication and decision-making across various engineering disciplines and stakeholders.

Work with external partners like Antenna vendors and contract manufacturers to manage NPI factory build activities/execution.

Oversee testing and validation of wireless performance to meet product requirements and regulatory standards.

Provide technical guidance and leadership to resolve complex engineering challenges.

Present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on RF/Wireless.

Experience with driving and productizing wireless technologies from concept to mass production.

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and supply chain management for wireless components.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Min 5+ years of experience in RF/wireless engineering role within the consumer electronics industry.

Expertise and knowledge of wireless communication standards such as Wi-Fi (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax), Bluetooth, and other relevant short-range wireless technologies.

Experience in developing comprehensive product-level specifications for wireless features and modules.

Strong understanding of RF system design, antenna theory, and wireless coexistence challenges.

Experience with regulatory compliance and certification processes (e.g., FCC, Wi-Fi Alliance, Bluetooth SIG).

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness and ability to travel internationally
