As a Wireless Software Ecosystem Engineer, you'll be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team that ensures Apple's wireless technologies deliver the seamless, reliable experiences our customers expect. You'll help qualify cutting-edge features across the latest iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Apple TV, and macOS product lines-bringing innovation to life in the hands of millions.
In this role, you'll drive testing strategies, solve complex challenges, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to uphold Apple's world-class quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to debug complex issues and ensure seamless integration of wireless technologies.
Drive functional, performance, and interoperability testing to deliver world-class user experiences.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks to improve test efficiency and coverage.
Analyze results, identify root causes, and provide actionable feedback to continuously raise the bar for quality.
Champion a user-centric approach to testing, ensuring reliability and excellence in every release.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in WiFi/BT or Thread/Zigbee (802.15.4) Functional or Performance Testing
Good Understanding and working knowledge of WiFi /BT/Thread/Zigbee (802.15.4) protocols
Experience in IoT domain & Home automation on 802.15.4, Thread. Zigbee, BLE, WiFi low power a plus
Experience in debugging wireless sniffers, protocol analyzers to debug and root cause issues (like WireShark, Ellisys Protocol Analysis, etc)
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Upbeat, adaptable, with a positive, can-do attitude.
Outstanding communication skills vital to collaborate with multi-functional teams
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Testing Development experiences in scripting languages, such as Python or Objective-C
