As the U.S. Carrier B2B Small Business & Mid-Market Strategy Expert, you will be responsible for developing and growing Apple's business with our major cellular partners' B2B teams. Our primary goal is to improve the efficiency of businesses using our devices while exceeding our targets. We strive to deliver the best of what Apple offers through our carrier partners to U.S. businesses as the end customer.
In this role, you will analyze data, leverage competitive insights and apply industry trends to uncover strategic opportunities that deliver unit and revenue growth across all Apple lines of business. You will partner with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to develop solutions, offers and programs that generate mutually beneficial results for Apple and our partners. You will navigate ambiguous environments and collaborate with cross-functional team members to solve complex business problems.
Description
In this role, you will:
- Develop business plans and strategies for the U.S. Carrier route to market (RTM) by understanding the carrier B2B sales motion and operating model.
- Create innovative creative strategies to grow Apple's mobility products into small businesses and mid-markets.

- Develop new business models, simulate scenarios, and build innovative business plans for execution with carrier partners to drive Apple's small business and mid-market sales.
- Think creatively and structure complex ideas using frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and partner teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals, expectations, and project outcomes.
- Deliver strategy by operationalizing business plans across teams. Mobilize resources for growth and ensure commitments are met.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA is a plus
Strong knowledge of the U.S. carrier RTM and product set, particularly carrier offers for small businesses and mid-market, including rate plan structures
Expertise and experience in small and mid-market segments
Strategic thought leadership to inspire and influence across various levels and functions
Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to drive what matters
High level of integrity, trust, and accountability to do what's right
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience in strategy or management consulting with at least 5 years working within the carrier, wireless, and/or telecom business environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen and data management skills
Expertise in analyzing trends, developing insights, and identifying opportunities to create solutions and accelerate business growth
Knowledge and understanding of the carrier business (e.g., customer profiles, trends, challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape, etc.)
Strong work ethic, excelling in all tasks and maintaining a determined attitude.
Outstanding communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills
Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate partner organizational structures, and lead complex negotiations
Laser-focus on customers and partners

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,200 and $213,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
