Our team is responsible for Apple TV streaming, driving overall revenue as well as subscriber growth for Apple TV+, curating and managing the app experience, programming and editorializing while striving to acquire, engage and retain subscribers for Apple TV and our partners.

Description
We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and entrepreneurial individual to help significantly grow our first party video streaming subscription services. As a TV Business Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in operationalizing and scaling strategic TV initiatives, including bundles, partnerships, and other strategic projects, directly contributing to the growth of Apple's video subscription business. You will be the linchpin in ensuring the seamless execution and ongoing success of complex multi-service offerings. The role requires a highly-motivated and adaptive self-stater willing to jump straight in and work with multiple internal and external teams to meet goals. Candidates should have a proven track record of building and managing successful video streaming and bundling programs and project integration and have a deep understanding of the digital video and streaming space.","responsibilities":"Commercial operations management: Lead the operational execution and ongoing management of strategic TV commercial partnerships and bundles with external entities including streaming, video and subscription service providers, and other revenue driving programs.
Operational Process Design: Design, implement, and optimize scalable operational processes and programs specifically tailored for strategic TV initiatives and bundle offerings, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional customer experience.
Partnership Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end operational lifecycle of bundle programs, including partner onboarding, integration, performance monitoring, and ongoing success management.
Technical Integration Cross functional coordination: Act as the primary business operations coordinator for technical integration efforts related to strategic TV initiatives and bundles, bridging the gap between business requirements and engineering solutions.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to define and execute the operational strategy for TV bundles, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of objectives.
Roadmap Planning & Operational Optimization: Continuously optimize operational processes by leveraging data to identify areas for improvement, enhance efficiency. Input operational roadmap planning for TV bundles.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong operations management capability with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent keynote presentation, written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with a hands on attitude; is comfortable managing ambiguity while delivering results with minimal guidance
Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills to develop strong working partnerships inside and outside of Apple
Comfort working closely with product and engineering, operations and business development teams to solve complicated challenges
Energetic and collaborative teammate who never loses focus on the customer experience
Have high standards and strive for the best customer experience, but are willing to be flexible and make compromises when necessary.
Passion for entertainment, media, and consumer technology
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of meaningful experience in media and/or digital video streaming/ subscription services
Consistent record of successfully managing complex business and technical projects with both 3rd parties and cross-functionally within a global organization
Strong analytical skills, confident translating metrics into actionable insights for subscription growth
Deep understanding of subscription services and bundles, complex commercial deal structure, and streaming partnerships landscape
Direct experience in growing video streaming business and subscription bundles
