This team is responsible for managing and maintaining Apple's fleet of world class mission critical Data Centers. These Data Centers provide stable and efficient hosting services for Apple's internal and external "high-demand" services to include Apple's worldwide iCloud. This Apple's Data Center Operations team thrives with individuals that take pride in ownership of the services provided in our critical environments. We excel at actively leading and maintaining systems that expand our customer support capabilities.

Description

As a Training Coordinator you will serve as a key facilitator for training initiatives, collaborating with people across the organization to enable the development and delivery of impactful learning experiences. You will work under tight deadlines with minimal direction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where quality, creativity, and accountability are tradition, ensuring our training program meets the evolving needs of our critical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts and Directly Responsible Individuals across various functions to identify and assess training needs, contributing to the storyboarding and planning of training content to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
  • Work closely with Training Developers supporting the development and deployment of courses within our Learning Management System, for effective delivery and tracking.
  • Manage the scheduling, logistics, and coordination of training sessions, including virtual and in-person events, and assist with administrative tasks related to training.
  • Prioritize, drive decisions, and problem solve while working both collaboratively and individually to ensure high-quality, impactful training solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Human Resource Management or related field, or equivalent job-related experience
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating training solutions within a Learning Management System (LMS) such as Cornerstone, Canvas, or a similar platform

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading multiple training projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent quality
  • Good understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to support organizational readiness initiatives and technical training programs for the successful roll-out of new tools, processes, or technologies
  • Demonstrable ability to write and edit clear and effective instructional content and training communications
  • Skilled in word processor and presentation software applications including Pages and Keynote
  • Experience working in a mission critical environment where flexibility and attention to detail are crucial while upholding high standards and ensuring timely delivery
  • Experience crafting video content using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Suite products
