Description

This role will be responsible for advising on a broad range of trademark matters with an emphasis on clearance, prosecution and dispute work. The candidate must have experience managing a large global trademark docket and be able to solve highly complex issues in creative and effective ways, while maintaining an acceptable level of legal risk in a fast-paced environment. This attorney will share responsibility with Apple's other trademark attorneys and must be able to work in a highly collaborative manner.
