Join the IS&T Client Engineering team, managing Apple's global fleet of employee devices across every stage of their lifecycle. We drive cross-functional programs that enhance employee productivity and support the unique demands of unreleased products, using tools like Jamf (MDM) and Oomnitza (ITAM) to ensure secure and seamless experiences.

Success in this role requires strong communication, organizational savvy, and the ability to influence across a broad set of stakeholders. Our environment values innovation, rapid iteration, and a liberating amount of autonomy.

Description

We are looking for someone to own and lead all aspects of large, cross-functional efforts and programs. Partner with engineering colleagues, and leaders and stakeholders across Apple on programs impacting all aspects of device management at Apple. Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution to program issues. Present and communicate new feature initiatives, top issues, risks, critical achievements to executive leadership. Own the roadmap, priorities, prioritization, timelines, and execution. Help the team with ongoing improvements to the program management processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Outstanding communication and presentation skills to engineers, managers, and execs

Identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and facilitating resolutions

Sound technical foundation and a highly motivated self-starter

Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members

Minimum Qualifications

At least 5 years of project or program management in software development

Knowledge of software development standard methodologies and related dependencies

Experience driving cross-functional efforts in enterprise settings

BS in Computer Science or related field
