Join the ETS Insight team and help build the data platform that powers Apple's global manufacturing operations. We help teams within Apple collect, analyze, and visualize manufacturing and supply chain data for every iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc. produced worldwide. Our petabyte-scale systems provide critical insights that engineering and operations teams use to build Apple's next great product.

Description

As a product manager on our team, you'll define the vision and roadmap for our data platforms and collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and manufacturing experts to transform complex manufacturing problems into powerful tools that drive operational excellence across Apple's global supply chain.

Establish clear success metrics and use data to evaluate product performance, inform decisions, and continuously improve our platforms

Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders across engineering, operations, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in a relevant field

Experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics tools, or supply chain systems

Familiarity with data visualization concepts and tools (Tableau, Observable, etc.)

Familiarity with statistical analysis and data manipulation tools (SQL, Python pandas, R, etc.)

Experience in the manufacturing domain

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience

2+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role

Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions

Strong communication skills and ability to present product strategy and rationale to stakeholders

Experience working collaboratively with engineers, designers, and other cross-functional partners

Experience gathering and synthesizing user feedback to inform product direction

Experience influencing without authority and driving alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders","internalDetails":null
