Technical Operations Engineer

The Apple News Operations team is looking for a strong engineer to build and maintain the internal tools and automation systems that power our operational workflows. The Apple News Operations team is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to build and maintain the full-stack applications and data tools that internal teams depend on. You will also provide technical guidance to publishers, helping them navigate platform capabilities and troubleshoot integration issues. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable moving between technical problem-solving and partner-facing communication. Familiarity and deep interest in applying AI to enhance tooling and productivity

Experience working directly with external partners in a technical capacity

Familiarity with the media, publishing, or digital content ecosystem

Minimum Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in a software engineering or technical operations role

Understanding of core programming principles, with experience in programming languages such as Python, and shell scripting.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL database design, management, and optimization

Experience with React and related frontend technologies

Ability to analyze data and build solutions that drive actionable insights","internalDetails":null

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $118,500 and $244,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
