We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Demand Planner who will be responsible for end-to-end supply planning of data center consumables and infrastructure materials. This is a strategic supply chain operations role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams, integration centers, and suppliers to ensure seamless material availability. In this position, you will be the central point of contact for supply planning of data center consumables and infrastructure materials, generating supply plans that meet Apple's operational and financial objectives. You'll drive demand synchronization across multiple planning systems, manage consumables contracts, and maintain critical supplier relationships.","responsibilities":"Demand Planning & Synchronization: You will manage demand across multiple systems, including Horizon planning, DIRP (Demand Integrated Resource Planning), SAP MRP load management, and Clear To Build (CTB). Consumables & Infrastructure Management: You will oversee consumables contracts, conduct regular safety stock reviews, and manage synchronization with infrastructure teams and integration centers. You'll maintain strong working relationships with individual partners across the organization and lead supplier synchronization meetings to ensure material availability and resolve supply constraints.

Cross-Functional Partnership: You will partner with Engineering, Logistics, Site Services, and Integration Center teams to solve complex supply chain problems quickly, sometimes with limited information. You'll dive deep into details, analyze root causes, and communicate solutions clearly to leadership and stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Leadership: You will identify improvement opportunities in supply planning processes, develop business cases, garner resources, and drive projects to completion. You'll influence tool development and lead change management initiatives across users of new processes and systems. You will also develop reporting frameworks that facilitate data-driven decision making and provide insight into supply health.

Preferred Qualifications

Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong understanding of demand planning systems and processes including MRP, demand forecasting, and capacity planning

Familiarity with data center consumables and infrastructure materials (cables, racks, PDUs, baffles, fiber optics, DAC, Cat6, etc.)

Proven ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously, including engineering teams, integration centers, and external suppliers

Good communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive process improvements

Ability to understand configuration management and build multi-level product BOMs

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of work experience in supply chain with emphasis on supply planning, demand management, inventory optimization or similar

Experience working with ERP/MRP systems, like SAP, or similar

Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, Numbers, or SQL

Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Business Objects
