Staff AI Software Engineer, Siri Core Modeling

In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing the software platform on device that enables Siri to deliver on Apple Intelligence throughout the OS.

Leverage LLMs and AI assistants to enhance engineering productivity, code quality, and efficiency at scale
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and developing systems for resource constrained environments
Experience working on AI software runtimes
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years experience in developing and shipping production software
Strong proficiency in C++, Objective-C, or Swift
Strong understanding of software design principles, OS internals, concurrency and multi-threading, and memory management
Strong familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Assistants
Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced development team

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $212,000 and $386,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
