Sr. Program Manager, Apps Business Ops
The Apps team is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive operational excellence, build scalable frameworks, and advise leadership across the organization. This role leads critical cross-functional programs spanning Corporate Development & M&A, People Operations, Resource Planning, and Financial Coordination.
Description
We're looking for a strategic Senior Program Manager with deep experience in organizational operations, cross-functional program leadership, and business planning.
You'll own complex programs end-to-end, using data-driven insights and scalable, automated solutions to advise senior leaders, align cross-functional stakeholders, and shape the operational rhythm of the Apps organization.
A core focus is serving as the primary Program Manager bridging Apps and Corporate Development on M&A and Partnerships, leading target identification, due diligence, onsite logistics, and integration of acquired teams.
You'll also own resource planning, fiscal budgeting, and org growth strategy, streamlining financial processes across Engineering, Finance, Business, People, and Admin, and building dashboards that make resource planning transparent and scalable.
You'll modernize workflows with modern tooling and AI to cut friction and automate tracking, while proactively managing risks and dependencies across workstreams.
Success here means balancing granular detail with big-picture strategy, leading through influence rather than authority, and acting as a trusted partner across Apps.
Preferred Qualifications
You have a solid track record of leading multiple complex, cross-functional projects.
You demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive issues to completion.
You are comfortable navigating ambiguous, fast-moving organizational challenges with sound independent judgment.
You have proven experience building, optimizing, and scaling dashboards and reporting tools for resource planning, tracking, and operational analytics in partnership with Recruiting, People, and Finance.
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex information into clear narratives and executive presentations.
You hold the highest level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential organizational, headcount, and M&A data.
You are familiar with metrics, operations, and the full software product lifecycle.
You have exceptional interpersonal skills and executive presence, with a proven ability to build trust across functions, levels, and global locations.
You demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, detail orientation, and a track record of managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously.
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of Program Management, Chief of Staff, Product/Business Operations, or Organizational/Financial Planning experience, with increasing operational responsibility and cross-functional leadership.
Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end resource planning or fiscal budgeting across engineering, product, or technology organizations.
