Description
This role leads program management and execution across a portfolio of Wallet, Payments, and Commerce initiatives. You will partner directly with engineering and cross-functional teams across WPC and Apple Services to drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs.
As a people leader, you will mentor and grow a team of Engineering Program Managers, establish operational best practices, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.","responsibilities":"Lead end-to-end program execution across complex Wallet, Payments, and Commerce initiatives, from concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
Partner closely with engineering leaders, product teams, and cross-functional partners to define program scope, milestones, and delivery strategies.

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Engineering Program Managers while establishing operational excellence and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading AI/ML-related programs, including familiarity with machine learning development lifecycles, model deployment, data pipelines, or AI-powered product features.
Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills across a variety of audiences and organizational levels.
Ability to participate in and facilitate technical design and architecture discussions.
Skilled at navigating ambiguity, building alignment across competing priorities, and leading teams to successful delivery.
Passion for mentoring and developing Engineering Program Managers, measuring success through the growth and impact of your team.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in technical program and project management, including managing a team of program managers.
Demonstrated ability to deliver large cross-functional programs and roadmaps, identify risks, and drive results.
Strong technical acumen, able to engage credibly with engineering teams on architecture, system design, and technical trade-offs.
Effective decision-maker who balances risks and benefits for the overall good of the organization.
Results-oriented and able to operate with minimal supervision in a cross-functional environment while managing program details and broader dependencies.
Experience influencing and building trust with partners and senior executive leadership to move programs forward.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $243,100 and $365,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
