Sr. Engineering Project Manager, Apps Frameworks
The Apps team is in search of a high-energy and ambitious Engineering Project Manager. We're looking for people with the ability to ship complex, customer-facing products under demanding timelines.
Description
This is a hands-on position where the Project Manager will be involved in requirements analysis, functional and technical discussions, testing, proof-of-concept, and more. This is not a task-based job; you will be responsible for successful outcomes and delivery.

Thoroughly understand software development, qualification, build and integration processes with a deep understanding of how to building frameworks.
Collaborate with Software Engineering, Design, QA, Build and Integration and cross-functionally with various organizations to build, manage and track deliverables.
Hands-on with product details and requirements, innovate and strategize new features, and build relationships to achieve results.
Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent projects and features including scope, requirements, timelines, resource allocation tracking, stakeholder management, communications, and risk assessments.
Optimize process on how features are built and executed.
Ability to work on cross functional projects with multi-functional schedules across the Apple ecosystem.
Understand and work on projects with multi-functional schedules, across Software Engineering and other Apple groups.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Communication, or a related subject area, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of Engineering Project Management expertise, delivering software and services through a full project lifecycle.
Experience managing projects using Agile software development.
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Communication, or a related subject area, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience.
Enjoy technical challenges and have the ability to work with various teams, building and managing relationships to navigate delivery dependencies.
Versatile problem solver, equipped with a strong analytical approach to various challenges in complex environments. Adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts and lead the teams to solutions.
Self starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation.
Excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the right audience.
You are someone who appreciates and enjoys the technical challenges that can exist in delivering software.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
