Description
Project Leadership: Direct software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency. Develop, maintain, and drive detailed project plans for complex products, adeptly managing priorities, capacities, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
Navigating Ambiguity: Skillfully handle the complexities and uncertainties of project management, maintaining a flexible and adaptive approach to dynamic business scenarios.
Effective Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively lead meetings, engage with and influence stakeholders, resolve any misalignments, provide clear direction and updates to DRIs and senior leadership.
Operational Excellence: Implement strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness, using scalable and metrics-driven approaches.

Preferred Qualifications
8 years experience in software engineering project or program management.
Education in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Operations, Project Management or related.
Proficiency with a variety of project management tools, including Jira, Quip, Slack, Box, and Keynote.
Experience with Claris Platform Products: FileMaker, Connect, and Studio.
Familiarity with SaaS platform product development, cloud technologies and platform services.
Experience delivering software solutions to small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
Experience in developing and launching AI-enabled features.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years experience in software engineering project or program management.
Proven track record of successfully delivering software products, emphasizing continuous improvement and operational rigor.
Extensive expertise in managing processes across the software development lifecycle with a focus on metrics and efficiency.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
