Description
In this role, you will drive large cross-functional efforts to build features ground-up. This requires partnering with engineering management to oversee all aspects of projects: you will define, schedule, prioritize, track, measure and communicate status up to exec levels. Identifying and mitigating risks, removing road blocks and facilitating communication between teams are essential aspects to the role as you lead efforts across teams representing multiple layers of the software stack as well as other cross-functional partners. Preferred Qualifications
Previous systems program management experience in AR/VR products
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional hardware/software projects
Proven experience with platform HW/SW integration, including debug and validation
Ability to influence large teams; develop and communicate the bigger picture
Ability to dive into technical details
Focused tracking, organizing, and reporting of program risks and timelines
Ability to extract executive summaries and effectively communicate resolution options on sophisticated, multi-functional and complex issues
Proven creative and critical thinking, collaboration, conflict resolution and timely issue resolution

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
