You'll shape technical strategy for mission-critical applications, architecting solutions using micro-services, modern data stores, and cloud-native technologies. We're looking for a visionary, hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our backend engineering teams and shape the future of our Finance and Enterprise Systems. In this high-impact role, you'll manage distributed teams across multiple global locations, overseeing the development and evolution of critical systems that power Apple's enterprise operations.

You'll drive technical excellence in micro-services architectures while championing best practices in security, scalability, and operational excellence. From MySQL and Oracle to MongoDB, from Kubernetes orchestration to cloud-native deployments on AWS or GCP, you'll guide your teams to build robust, high-performance solutions. Your deep understanding of API integrations, data feed architectures, and enterprise security patterns (authentication, authorization, encryption) will be essential as you navigate complex technical challenges.

Beyond the technology, you'll be a people leader-building high-performing teams, developing engineering talent, and creating an inclusive culture across geographies and time zones.
