Software Development Engineer - In Test

Description

Responsibilities include building continuous integration and web based solutions for workflow efficiency and optimizations. Design and develop automation frameworks while enhancing or integrating with existing technologies, to deliver automated performance testing solutions. Additionally, responsible for troubleshooting and debugging any issues with automated solutions, identifying and reproducing test or automation blocking bugs, while interacting with multi-functional team members on related tasks and deliverables. Successful candidates will have excellent organizational and communication skills -- you'll be juggling many different tasks at a time, across many different scenarios on a large scale and need to keep track of all deliverables and related timelines, as well as the creativity and initiative to help us proactively discover areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with performance testing

System level knowledge on software and hardware is preferred

Good debugging, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of proven experience related to software automation or development

Excellent understanding and application of Python scripting language

Working experience with continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, BitBucket or GitHub

Experience with popular databases like MongoDB and SQL

Experience with building and maintaining automation infrastructure
