Description

Within Apple TV Marketing, the Operations team builds the processes and workflows, manages budgets, and facilitates creative production in partnership with our creative teams. The Social Producer, Series & Film sits within Operations and is responsible for defining production strategy and driving operational excellence to execute the most engaging, impactful social creative possible. This person will directly oversee multiple titles simultaneously, requiring strong leadership and the ability to navigate complex, competing objectives.

The ideal candidate has a background in fast-paced entertainment marketing, deep social media expertise, and experience managing both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Manage production for multiple Apple TV series' and films' social campaigns across channels, balancing fixed deadlines, shifting objectives, and title-specific executional details.

Own budget and scope across multiple titles with internal and external partners, identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiency and strengthen those relationships.

Orchestrate key launch moments, aligning internal partners, agency scopes, production partners, and creator selections to deliver the best possible output for our audiences.

Oversee creative execution of assigned social posts pre-publication, ensuring stakeholder sign-off, accurate QC, and alignment with strategic voice and legal requirements.

Drive innovation on social tools and processes, owning and maintaining systems that improve our strategic and creative capabilities, with an eye toward what to build, improve, or retire.

Coordinate content capture with internal creative and production teams, and lead external productions with agencies, talent, and creators.

Partner with legal and business affairs teams (internal and external) to ensure all representations of Apple and its affiliates meet brand and legal standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and adapt through deep experience in social, digital, and video asset creation and approval cycles.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to build cross-functional trust with internal partners, plus decisive leadership in selecting and managing agency partners.

Track record of improving processes and systems, identifying gaps, and introducing or evolving tools to drive efficiency.

Skilled at tracking nuanced budgets and campaign finance details across multiple quarters and partners.

Enthusiastic Apple user, familiar with Mail, iCloud, Numbers, Keynote, Pages, and Calendar.

Minimum Qualifications

7-10 years producing and delivering multi-platform marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on social media publishing, campaign development, and content production (brand or agency side).

Strong understanding of creator and influencer campaigns, including deal structures, disclosure requirements, and best practices.

Fluency in social media best practices, with genuine curiosity about how the landscape and trends continue to evolve.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $142,600 and $215,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
