As a Services Finance Transformation Program Manager, you won't just manage programs you'll architect the financial infrastructure that powers Apple's digital ecosystem across subscriptions, media, advertising, and beyond. You'll lead high impact, cross functional initiatives that modernize how Apple's Finance organization operates at scale, with a particular focus on reimagining Order to Cash (O2C) for a digital first world.

You'll partner with engineering, product, and Finance leaders across the company, driving the adoption of next generation technologies including Generative AI to unlock smarter, faster, and more resilient financial operations. Description

Define & Own the Transformation Roadmap: Develop and articulate a clear, multi year vision and

roadmap for Finance transformation across Services, covering financial processes, systems architecture, and data structures. Translate strategy into executable programs with measurable outcomes.

Lead End to End Program Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of Finance transformation initiatives from requirements gathering and vendor evaluation through system implementation, UAT, deployment, and adoption. Maintain rigorous program governance including scope, timeline, risk, and budget management.

Reimagine Order to Cash (O2C): Identify, analyze, and redesign critical O2C processes across Apple's digital Services businesses. Eliminate inefficiencies, strengthen controls, and build scalable solutions that support diverse revenue models including subscriptions, digital media, content, advertising and more.

Drive Finance Technology Innovation: Evaluate, recommend, and oversee implementation of modern financial technologies including ERP enhancements, automation tools, and data platforms. Champion the application of Generative AI to innovate O2C workflows, financial reporting, and analytics capabilities.

Align & Influence Senior Stakeholders: Build strong partnerships with Finance leadership, Services Engineering and Business teams, IS&T, and cross functional business units. Serve as the connective tissue between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, prioritization, and successful delivery.

Lead Change Management & Adoption: Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies including communication plans, training programs, and user adoption initiatives that enable Finance teams to embrace new systems, processes, and ways of working with confidence.

Elevate Data Governance & Analytics: Drive improvements in financial data quality, governance frameworks, and reporting infrastructure. Enable deeper analytics into O2C performance and broader financial metrics that inform strategic decision making across the Services business.

Ensure Controls & Compliance: Ensure all transformation initiatives uphold Apple's internal control standards and comply with applicable financial regulations and policies. Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks throughout program design and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep knowledge of digital services business models such as subscriptions, media distribution,

content, and advertising. And their impact on revenue recognition and O2C.

Demonstrated ability to influence senior engineering, business, and Finance leaders in a matrixed organization.

Extensive full lifecycle experience in cross functional system implementation or modernization, from discovery through deployment.

Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), automation platforms, and data visualization tools applied to O2C optimization.

Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex

programs into clear strategic narratives.

Comfort navigating ambiguity; a proactive problem solver who drives issues to resolution with or without complete information.

Intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset. Always seeking to understand root cause and build better solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience leading complex Finance transformation or program management initiatives at an enterprise scale.

Proven track record delivering financial system implementations, with deep expertise in digital services Order to Cash (O2C).

Experience managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports or cross functional project teams.

BS or BA in Business, Economics, or equivalent.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,500 and $274,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
