Description

In this role you will lead a team that owns on-device components and capabilities that enable worldwide Ad delivery to our partner apps. We are looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented leader with deep technical expertise who is ready to engage and challenge others, strive for operational excellence and work closely with our leadership to define and execute on a long term strategic vision that advances our business.

Oversee all aspects of software engineering, from design and development, integration, analysis, troubleshooting and maintenance.

Ability to weigh in on architectural decisions and align engineering execution with product and business needs

Enthusiasm for guiding and mentoring engineers while advocating a culture of learning and growth

Talent for successfully partnering with leadership and peers on technical (and non-technical) teams

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

15+ years of mobile software engineering experience

10+ years of management experience

7+ years of managing managers

Expertise with iOS fundamentals and frameworks

Proficiency with Swift and/or Objective-C

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $262,500 and $393,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
