Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple's largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. Apple is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Apple Store Online Product Team, with a focus on shopping journeys. This team drives the roadmap and delivery of technical capabilities worldwide, with a vision for the future of online shopping. This is a technical role that links between business, design, and engineering to deliver incredible experiences and products to our customers.

We are a high performing team supporting Apple's shopping experience initiatives and representing the future of digital retail. This role will require significant partnership with teams across Apple, including Apple Store Online teams, Marketing, Operations, Marcom, Finance, and various Engineering teams. Success in this role will include delivering timely and seamless omni-channel experiences for our customers.

Preferred Qualifications

Track record of developing and delivering multi-year experience and capability roadmaps with complex interdependencies

Experience using data and insights to design customer-facing programs and capabilities globally

Experience with business analysis, process improvement, and multiple project management methodologies

Proficiency with new technologies like AI, Deep Learning, and their practical applications in digital commerce

Ability to challenge conventions and debate solutions to identify the best possible outcome for customers

Business-architecture mindset and critical thinking skills to connect complex systems and anticipate issues

Ability to think strategically, understand deeply, and bridge functional gaps to shape innovative offerings and roadmaps

Self-starter and driven, ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams through clear communication and relationship building

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years Product Management and Project/Program Management experience driving e-commerce or consumer digital experiences

Ability to dive into technical details and designs including web technologies, large-scale service architectures, and app platforms

Ability to communicate effectively, across all levels of the organization, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

BA/BS in Computer Science or a technical degree, or 7+ years of relevant professional experience
