Description
Product Managers in our organization sit at the intersection of software development, design, and business strategy. We shape high-level product goals but also get our hands dirty. On an average day, you might pitch a concept to senior leadership, create a launch plan with marketing, work with designers and researchers to conduct user interviews or concept tests, conceptualize a new feature, analyze usage data, and/or contribute to the overall company strategy.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.

Advocate for the needs and preferences of our users, ensuring that our products are intuitive, powerful, and delightful to use.
Monitor key product metrics, analyze performance, and iterate on the product to achieve business goals.
Preferred Qualifications
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working on platform products with extensibility through APIs, connectors, or developer ecosystems.
Track record of launching products that drove measurable adoption, engagement, or revenue growth
Proven experience working with APIs, integrations, or data-driven platforms.

Experience collaborating with partners or third-party developers building on top of a platform
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of experience in driving the development of B2B software products.
Demonstrated experience owning customer-facing products end-to-end, from discovery through launch and iteration.
Experience building AI-powered or agentic products, including workflows involving LLMs, automation, or decision-support systems.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation, and AI system guardrails.
Experience working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in an agile development environment.
Strong ability to translate complex customer problems into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
Experience working with data-driven decision making, including defining success metrics and analyzing product performance.
Strong customer empathy and experience conducting discovery with business users to identify workflow pain points.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proven ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas through written and/or verbal communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $258,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
